Feel the Music
Description: This playlist is designed for pure immersive enjoyment. The tracks are curated to highlight the haptic feedback of music, allowing you to feel the bass, rhythm, and texture of your favorite songs and soundscapes in a whole new way.
Stress Relief
Description: Utilize calming soundscapes and binaural beats. The gentle, rhythmic haptic patterns are designed to help soothe the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote a state of deep relaxation.
Back and Muscle Relief
Description: This playlist uses low-frequency vibrations intended to provide a deep-tissue massage sensation. The haptic feedback can help to ease muscle tension, alleviate discomfort, and increase blood flow to targeted areas.

How to use the playlists for the best experience
Pair Your Woojer MAT: Ensure your Woojer MAT is powered on and successfully connected to the Woojer MAT App via Bluetooth.
Select a Playlist: From the app's main screen, browse and tap on the playlist that matches your desired goal (e.g., "Stress Relief," "Back and Muscle Relief").
Choose a Track: Open the playlist to see the individual tracks. Tap on a track to begin playback.
Adjust Settings for Comfort:
MAT Haptic Intensity: Use the volume/haptic intensity controls on your MAT device to find a level that is powerful yet comfortable.
Body Placement: For playlists like "Back and Muscle Relief" or "Period Pain Relief," ensure the MAT is positioned directly on or near the area you wish to target.
Relax and Recline: For relaxation and sleep playlists, find a comfortable position, either sitting back or lying down, to allow the haptic experience to be most effective.
